Notary services available
We bill using a fixed monthly fee with the minimum starting at $350 per month.
Depending on the volume of transactions and what services are needed, typical range is between $350 - $950 per month.

We offer a range of payroll services based on your company’s need.
We exclusively use QuickBooks® payroll software, as well as their direct deposit feature. Payroll services include 941 deposits and quarterly tax filings; L&I and State Unemployment reports. Year end reporting; 940 and W2 processing. We also file any New Hire reports with the State as required by law.

Business forecasts and budgets can be created for your business based on past years activity and input from you. This can be a crucial tool to help you grow your business.
Custom reports can be created using Excel spreadsheets providing you with specialized information. As an example; labor burden calculations, overhead calculations, job costing, partnership revenue split – whatever information you need, we can provide you with the reporting tool.

As a contractor there seems to be more paperwork involved than work sometimes!
We can produce your estimates to your customers in a professional format, using your logo or standard form. We use the Contractors Edition of QuickBooks®, so billing from estimates, progress billing and retention billing are all handled with ease.
We can complete your pay applications and lien waivers. If you have a Prevailing Wage job, we’ve got you covered with certified payroll, intents and affidavits.
